Wednesday 21st June temperatures hit 34 degrees and it all started off with a bike ride before it started to get too hot. Well done to Jay Bartling and Andy Weed on completing 22 miles from Cuxton to Lenham.
The 2 cyclist were then joined Aniko to cycle a further 10 miles onto Boughton Lees where Jonathan Payne was there with the walker to cheer in the cyclists.
The next part of the day was taken over by Lyndsey Cann and Zara Edmondson who cycled a further 7 miles followed by a 8 mile walk with a group of walkers.
How did everyone manage to do this in the 34 degree heat!
Day 4 Thursday 22nd June
As the temperature called down the group of walkers were off on another 10 mile walk from Templeman to Aylesham station.
The walkers holding it all together in the heat!
It was then over to Phil Swift, Paul Radford and Rob Soleman to do a 14 mile bike ride to Seapoint Canoe Centre just before the lighting hit.
But before it was too late the lighting and storm had started!!
As storm cleared up in was time for a 2 mile Kayak ride down the river.
Opps took a corner too fast and ended up in the water poor ken!!
Time to ride some bikes down the rail track for 8.5 miles from Hythe station to New Romney
